For over 30 years, KUBI has stood for successful education and integration work in Frankfurt am Main and beyond. Founded in 1993 by people of Turkish and German descent, KUBI’s goal was to provide young people – regardless of their background, social status, or circumstances – with better educational, training, and career prospects and to promote intercultural exchange. KUBI’s founder was Arif Arslaner, who, as managing partner and visionary, drove the further development of this independent educational organization until 2025.

KUBI offers a broad, interconnected range of services: Youth welfare, child and youth welfare services, school assistance, vocational training, democratic education, and advice and support for migrants and refugees.
